Route 01

Naturalisation by residence

For those who make their life in Aletheia. Earned through residence, language and civic integration.

  • Aged 18 or over
  • 5 years of lawful, continuous physical residence in Aletheia
  • Civic proficiency in English and one further official language
  • Completion of the Civic Integration Programme and Covenant knowledge test
  • No serious criminal conviction in the past 10 years
  • The public Covenant Oath
Route 02

The Covenant Investor route

For those who build the Sovereign Covenant State with their capital. No residence period — citizenship is conferred once due diligence clears and the Oath is sworn.

What happens next

From application to Oath.

    Apply online

    Submit identity documents and, for investors, your chosen investment through the citizen portal.

  2. 02

    Verification

    Biometric enrolment, background checks and — for investors — enhanced due diligence on the source of funds.

  3. 03

    Decision

    A reasoned decision within 90 days of complete documentation, appealable to the High Court.

  4. 04

    The Covenant Oath

    Citizenship takes effect when the Oath is sworn in public. Your passport follows.
