Constitutional Supremacy & Judicial Review Act

No statute, treaty, administrative decree, or municipal regulation shall have legal force or effect to the extent that it conflicts with any provision of the Covenant of Aletheia.

The High Court of Justice possesses exclusive original and appellate jurisdiction to hear constitutional challenges brought by any citizen, resident, or parliamentary minority.

Any legislative enactment or executive decree declared unconstitutional by a majority of the High Court is void ab initio.
